Schedules and setpoints, run on site.
Monitoring shows where heating, cooling and lighting run when nobody is there. Control closes the loop. Schedules and setpoints are set centrally in the Wia dashboard and executed by the site gateway, so every building keeps to the hours it is actually used.
Existing controllers stay in place. Wia writes schedules and setpoints to them over BACnet or Modbus, controls VRF systems over their own protocol, and switches lighting circuits at the panel. There is no controls replacement project.

A schedule set in the Wia dashboard passes through the Wia cloud to the edge gateway on site, which drives the HVAC controller, the VRF system and the lighting panel. Every command comes back confirmed against what the equipment reports, and lands in the audit log.

Do we need to replace our BMS?
No. Wia works alongside it, writing schedules and setpoints to the controllers you already have.
What happens if the connection drops?
Schedules and holiday calendars keep running on the gateway, so the building keeps to its hours until the connection returns.
Does Control touch our IT network?
No. The gateway has its own Wia-managed cellular link, so nothing joins your corporate network and there is no firewall change.
